Recreation Funding

The Prospect Rd & Area Recreation Association encourages community groups who want to undertake a recreation project on HRM owned lands in the communities from Goodwood to West Dover to apply for funding from the 2007 Recreation Area Tax Rate Funds by filling in and submitting the funding Application. In Nova Scotia we are building on decades of community action, innovation, and deep-rooted values. Here, as everywhere, the internal and external challenges facing our communities and institutions are intensifying. What has worked before may no longer be sufficient. Finding out what does work and strengthening our peer networks is more important than ever before.
