The new HRM District 11 includes communities known as the "Prospect Road communities" which includes Goodwood, Hatchet Lake, Brookside, Whites Lake, Terence Bay, Lower Prospect, Prospect, Prospect Bay, Shad Bay, Bayside, Blind Bay, Big Lake, McGraths Cove, East Dover, and West Dover.
